VINH CITY, NGHE AN, May 15, 2013 --  The Nghe An People's Committee and the provincial Department of Health, in collaboration with USAID Health Policy Initiative Vietnam (USAID/HPI), conducted an Experience Sharing Workshop on the implementation of the 100% condom use program (100% CUP). 70 participants from 8 provinces exchanged field experience in implementing 100% CUP, in provinces supported by the U.S. President's Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) to assist other provinces in successfully rolling out this program.
